Contact
By e-mail: contact@floodcostzip.com. No form and no phone line: an insurance page that asks for your address is usually about to pass it to agents, and this one passes nothing on.
Messages that help
- A rule or amount that differs from the statute, the regulation or FEMA's manual: name the page and the paragraph of the official text.
- A ZIP code or county whose median looks wrong next to your own declarations page: give the ZIP code, the year and the zone, never your policy number.
- A new OpenFEMA release or a new FEMA cost table that we have not loaded yet.
- Embedding the ZIP lookup on a local news site, a realtor's blog or a forum: the code is on the embed page.
What we cannot do
We do not quote premiums, review policies or tell anyone whether to buy, drop or switch a policy. For a price, ask a licensed agent or insurer; for a claim, your insurer; for a map question, your community's floodplain manager.

Medians describe single-family homes in an area, not your building: your own premium depends on its elevation, distance to water, foundation and rebuild cost. Only an NFIP agent or a private insurer can quote it. These are estimates only: general information, not financial advice, that does not replace a quote. The site earns nothing from any insurer or agent.
